Where a supported integration uses an external provider such as WhatsApp, SMS or an AI provider, the school establishes and pays for its own third-party provider account. BRINEDU provides the supported integration capability. Third-party provider subscription and usage charges are not included in the BRINEDU subscription.

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months at the equivalent of 10 monthly subscription payments.
Standard activation and core platform support are included. Services requiring additional implementation work are scoped separately.
Standard tenant activation, BRINEDU subdomain, basic administrator orientation, standard support and normal platform updates are included.
Supported integration functionality is included according to the subscribed BRINEDU edition. The school establishes and pays for its own external provider accounts and usage.
BRINBIT may charge separately for assisted provider setup, custom integrations, or integrations that create direct licensing or infrastructure costs for BRINBIT.
Self-service setup and standard activation are included. Assisted onboarding, BRINBIT-managed migration, complex historical migration, additional training, onsite services and custom development may be charged separately according to scope.
Secure platform data and controlled customer file storage are included. BRINEDU does not provide unlimited file storage.
BRINBIT is currently not registered for VAT. VAT is therefore not charged. Should BRINBIT become VAT registered in future, applicable VAT may be added in accordance with South African tax requirements.
Enterprise engagements are scoped around the school's size, structure, infrastructure, integration and service requirements.
